El eclipse solar pudo verse en su totalidad desde Chile y algunas partes de Argentina. En el resto de América Latina el fenómeno se evidenció en menor porcentaje entre las 3 y 4 de la tarde.

El eclipse solar pudo verse en su totalidad desde Chile y algunas partes de Argentina. En el resto de América Latina el fenómeno se evidenció en menor porcentaje entre las 3 y 4 de la tarde. Miles de turistas se congregaron en el observatorio de La Silla en La Higuera ubicado en la región Coquimbo de Chile para ver el espectáculo.

En el auditorio de la Casa de la Cultura La Perla, un grupo de mujeres recibió el Certificado Internacional de Liderazgo Femenino y Emprendimiento, bajo la dirección académica de Ilene Daza, un espacio para desarrollar y fortalecer diferentes habilidades y competencias propias del liderazgo femenino.
La reunión fue convocada por los obispos con el propósito de rechazar la violencia y “desarmar la palabra”. Entre los invitados también están la fiscal Camargo, el procurador Eljach, el contralor Rodríguez, la defensora del Pueblo Marín y el registrador Penagos.
